Who we are 1

HomeFlow تطبيق لتنظيم العمل اليومي داخل المنزل بين أفراد الأسرة ومن يعمل معهم في المنزل (العاملات والمربيات)، ويعمل بتسع لغات. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه ولماذا، ومن يستطيع رؤيته، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

HomeFlow helps a household organise daily work between family members and the people who work in the home (housekeepers and nannies), in nine languages. This page explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect 2

• الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم، اللغة المفضلة، والدور داخل المنزل (مالك/عائلة/عاملة/مربية).
• Account: email address, name, preferred language, and role within the home (owner, family, worker, nanny).
• بيانات المنزل: أسماء الغرف والمناطق، المهام وجداولها وأوقاتها، المستلزمات وقوائم الشراء، وأدوات التنظيف وتعليماتها.
• Home data: room and area names, tasks with their schedules, supplies and shopping lists, cleaning tools and instructions.
• سجلات تنفيذ العمل: وقت بدء المهمة وإنهائها أو تخطيها، والملاحظات المكتوبة أو الصوتية، وصور الإثبات عندما يطلبها المنزل.
• Work records: when a task was started, completed or skipped, written or voice notes, and proof photos when the home requires them.
• بيانات الأطفال (يدخلها ولي الأمر): الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد وصورة اختيارية، وسجلات الرضاعة والنوم والحفاض والطعام، وروتين الطفل، وأي حساسية أو تعليمات سلامة يكتبها الوالدان، والتطعيمات التي يسجّلانها.
• Children's data (entered by the parent): name, date of birth, an optional photo, feeding, sleep, diaper and food logs, the child's routine, any allergy or safety instructions the parents write, and vaccination records they mark.

• Issue reports: a description of a problem with an optional photo or voice recording.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or any activity outside the app, and we use no advertising trackers.

Translation and AI 3

جوهر التطبيق أن يكتب كل شخص بلغته ويقرأ الآخر بلغته. لتحقيق ذلك نرسل نص الملاحظة أو الوصف فقط إلى خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي من Anthropic لترجمته، ثم نحفظ الترجمة داخل حسابك. لا يُرسل شيء قبل موافقتك الصريحة التي يطلبها التطبيق عند أول استخدام، وتستطيع إلغاءها في أي وقت من «المزيد» فتظهر النصوص بلغتها الأصلية.

The core of the app is that each person writes in their own language and reads in theirs. To do this we send only the text of the note or description to Anthropic's AI service for translation, then store the translation in your account. Nothing is sent before your explicit consent, which the app asks for on first use; you can withdraw it anytime from More, after which texts appear in their original language.

No medical or diagnostic decision is made by AI, and no schedule or child routine is ever activated without your explicit approval.

Who sees what 4

• مالك المنزل والعائلة: يرون بيانات منزلهم كاملة.
• Home owner and family: see all of their home's data.
• العاملة: ترى مهامها ومستلزمات المنزل وبلاغاتها وملاحظاتها فقط.
• Worker: sees only her own tasks, the home's supplies, and her own reports and notes.
• المربية: ترى الأطفال المعيّنة عليهم فقط.
• Nanny: sees only the children she is assigned to.

هذا الفصل مطبَّق في قاعدة البيانات نفسها (Row Level Security) لا في الواجهة فقط، ولا يستطيع أي منزل رؤية بيانات منزل آخر إطلاقًا. وجميع الصور والتسجيلات محفوظة في مخازن خاصة تُفتح بروابط مؤقتة لمن يملك الصلاحية.

This separation is enforced in the database itself (Row Level Security), not just in the interface, and no home can ever see another home's data. All photos and recordings live in private storage, opened only through short-lived links for people with permission.

تُخزَّن البيانات على بنية سحابية آمنة لدى مزوّد استضافة معتمد، مشفَّرة أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS/TLS وأثناء التخزين، ومعزولة لكل منزل على حدة. وتُعالَج طلبات الترجمة لدى Anthropic في الولايات المتحدة. قد تُستضاف الخوادم خارج بلد إقامتك، وباستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذا النقل الدولي للبيانات.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with an established hosting provider, encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS and at rest, and isolated per home. Translation requests are processed by Anthropic in the United States. Servers may be located outside your country of residence; by using the app you consent to this international transfer.

التطبيق موجَّه للبالغين. بيانات الأطفال يدخلها ولي الأمر وحده، وهي لأغراض تنظيم الرعاية اليومية داخل الأسرة فقط: لا تُستخدم في الإعلانات، ولا في بناء ملفات تعريفية، ولا تُباع ولا تُشارَك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراضه. ويستطيع ولي الأمر حذف ملف الطفل وكل سجلاته في أي وقت.

The app is intended for adults. Children's data is entered solely by a parent, only to organise day-to-day care within the family: it is never used for advertising or profiling, never sold, and never shared with any third party for their own purposes. A parent can delete a child's profile and all of its records at any time.

• الاطلاع: ترى بياناتك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
• Access: you can see your data in the app at any time.
• التصحيح: تعدّل الأسماء والمهام والروتين والملاحظات مباشرة.
• Correction: edit names, tasks, routines and notes directly.
• الحذف: تحذف حسابك بالكامل من داخل التطبيق فورًا (المزيد ← حذف الحساب، أو من قائمة الحساب للعاملة): تُحذف هويتك ومنازلك التي تملكها (أو تُنقل لأحد أفراد عائلتك إن وُجد) وملفاتها، وتنتهي عضوياتك في منازل الآخرين. يستطيع مالك المنزل إزالة عضو من منزله فقط — لا يملك حساب العضو ولا يعطّله.
• Deletion: delete your entire account immediately from inside the app (More → Delete account, or the account menu for helpers): your identity, the homes you own (or they are handed to a family member if there is one) and their files are deleted, and your memberships in other homes end. A home owner can remove a member from their own home only — they never control or disable the member's account.
• نسخة من بياناتك: راسلنا ونرسلها لك بصيغة مقروءة.
• A copy of your data: email us and we will send it in a readable format.

نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب فعّالًا. وعند حذف الحساب أو إزالة عضو من المنزل تبقى سجلات العمل التاريخية (ما أُنجز ومتى) ضمن أرشيف المنزل لأنها جزء من سجله، منسوبة إلى «مستخدم محذوف» بلا اسم أو بريد أو صورة.

We keep data while the account is active. When a member is removed from a home, historical work records (what was done and when) remain in the home's archive as part of its history, while the account is disabled and can no longer access anything.

• We never sell your data or your children's data to anyone.

• We share your data with no third party other than the service providers named above, and only as needed to run the app.
